What is the name of this movie?

I'm trying to find a particular movie, but I can't think of the name of it. All I can remember is a single scene involving a deranged man wearing glasses in a fast food restaurant demanding he be served breakfast even though its past the time the restaurant stops serving it. He then shoots a hole through the ceiling and asks "Can I have my breakfast now?" or something like that and the scared-shitless cashier quickly replies "Yes, sir!"
