Going to hawaii in a few weeks and want to loose weight?
first I need to know ur height to know ur ideal weight. But as a dietitian, i can tell u that it is not healthy to lose more than 1 kg per which is 3 kgs in 3 weeks in ur case. in pounds it is like 6 to 7 pounds. start a high protein/ low carbohydrate diet it is th fastest healthy way. limit intake of sugars/ bread/ potto/ pasta to 60 gr per day and fous on lean meat/ chicken/ fish. drink 0 fat milk in the morning, and low fat yogurt in the evening it will help keep ur appetite down.. ofcourse stop chocolate and chips, soft drinks, fried food, fast food.. etcc this should be a lifestyle btw.
