pounds; i would like to know which is better to take up, to be fit, look good, and also, to be tougher. I am very active, and LOVE GYM, BUT ALSO LOVE BOXING. i cannot pick which one to take, as i am good at boxing, SELF TAUGHT (no teacher), but cannot decide which one will make me fitter. So PLEASE, Yahoo answerers, HELP ME OUT!.. :D Thanks Guys. :D
