How do i bulk up? is what im doing good enough? HELP?
Im 16 years old and weigh 60 kilograms. Im approximately 5 ft 9. For many months now i do weighted push ups and ab work outs on what are called chair push ups. It provides a much deeper push up, with my feet resting on one chair, while my arms are on 2 chairs placed in front of me. I do these with a back pack full of school books that weighs about 5 kilograms on my back. Over the last few months, i have noticed a significant increase in my chest size, and am happy with that. I also do ab workouts with 4 minutes of the plank, along with upside down prone holds with weights held behind my head. What i need to know is, is if i should run on a regular basis. Im already pretty skinny as it is and id like to bulk up and get buff. What should i eat and should i be dieting? how much should i eat? should i do cardio or give that a break for a while? and are my exercises that im currently doing good enough and should i continue them? Also, if anyone has any regime i can do at the gym, which would help me bulk up ( remember im a beginner)? Remember i wanna bulk up without getting fat. Thanks guys
