I'm trying to get a Birth certificate from Hawaii, but I dont live there anymore. HELP !!!?

What can I do to get my birth certificate from Hawaii. I live in the States now and I been trying to get one from online but, when I called one of the websites number it keeps ringing but I get no answer. What can I do ? And some websites dont even send Hawaiian birth certificates.
