Im terrified of bugs!?!?!?

We're going to hawaii in a few days and I'm soo scared of bugs i looked up on how big they would be and the blog said the millopeeds are going to be about 10 inches!!! (if you dont know what those are theyre like worms with a ton of legs O.o ) Anyway since its going to be really hot there are going to be a ton of bugs im so nervous... i cant even stand jumping spiders and those are tiny! anyone have any ideas to help me get over bugs?
