Inferior glute muscle?
i'm not overweight or underweight, my height is 162 cm and my weight is 52 kilograms. I'm pear shaped, my measures are 88-60-96. I've got a very big butt , it has always been that way, very round but the problem is that the inferior part of my butt is joined with the back of my leg, which makes it look not so good...it has always been like that, even when I was 58 kilograms. I don't need to do exercises to increase my butt size because it's already TOO big and if I make it bigger it will look bad.. I just want the inferior part of my butt to be rounder what kind of exercise can I do to make the inferior part of my butt rounder without increasing my whole butt size a lot?
