I am 16 Height 5'8 1/2 half... my weight 78 kilograms 171 pounds...I play sports like Soccer very much and i am going to the gym but not very much,because people say it will stunt my height...so i am wondering am i on the right track.LoL...I do eat healthy of course but whenever my mum goes somewhere i ask her to bring somethink like most of the times ice cream is this normal for my age.
