im a girl 5'8 and 130 pounds and im just looking to lose some fat on my thighs and oblique area. if im eating 1200 calories a day and doing tons of cardio, like crazy amounts for 10 days will i see any results if im also doing weight training every other day? im going to hawaii and im trying to lose some fat and tone..so if i basically dedicate all my time to doing cardio for the next 10 days and eating well will i see any difference whatsoever?
