I'm a boy and I'm almost 14 and I want some workout advice from you guys?

u really do need a diet thts wat my mom tell me because were to young to be on one n are bodys havent fully devolped yet but yea. U sud be working on ur stomach more than ur arms if u want a six pack like drink lots of water, do crunches n sit ups and eat right. If u want muscles u have to push yourself like do more pulls ups (u have to push urself) do push ups and and do more chin ups.if u have to start on a easy bar then do that then work ur way up to the harder ones thats what i did at the park n gym. everyday do more of the workouts when u get use to doin it, then do more and use weights too that will help big time.
